County Waterford's oldest Auctioneering & Estate Agents firm, Edmond Spratt & Son was founded by Edmond & Ita Spratt in 1938 subsequently joined by their son, Donal in 1953.
In 1989 the third generation, Eamonn, a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, London and a Fellow of the Society of Chartered Surveyors, Ireland, returned to the practice. REA Spratt have more than 80 years experience working in property throughout Co. Waterford and East Cork.
In 2014, Spratts joined REA - Real Estate Alliance, a highly regarded Property group yet Spratts still remain independent to ensure that we maintain our personal service. This can be seen in the most recent REA Annual awards:
